Tesicnor’s GWO training offers a wide range of certified courses designed to equip wind energy professionals with essential skills for safe and efficient work. From working at heights to advanced rescue and specialized technical training, our programs adhere to the highest international standards. Basic Safety Training (BST) Onshore & Offshore is a fundamental certification for wind energy professionals. This program includes five key modules: Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, and Sea Survival. At Tesicnor, we provide a complete range of training programs, from introductory courses to refresher programs, which must be renewed every two years to keep competencies up to date and comply with GWO standards. This training ensures safety in both onshore and offshore environments, preparing workers to prevent risks and respond effectively to emergencies.

Advanced Rescue Training (ART) is an essential course for wind energy professionals, covering advanced rescue techniques in complex wind turbine environments. The program is divided into four key modules:

• Hub, Spinner, and Inside Blade Rescue (HSIBR)
• Nacelle, Tower, and Basement Rescue (NTBR)
• Single Rescuer: Hub, Spinner, and Inside Blade Rescue (SR:HSIBR)
• Single Rescuer: Nacelle, Tower, and Basement Rescue (SR:NTBR)

At Tesicnor, we offer these modules separately, as a refresher course, or as a combined course that covers all training in a reduced time. This training is essential for ensuring safe and efficient rescue operations at heights, using advanced equipment and procedures, and is aligned with GWO standards.

Prerequisite: Participants must have previously completed the GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) course and hold valid certificates in Working at Heights, First Aid, and Manual Handling.

The GWO Service Lift training program includes two essential courses for wind energy sector personnel: the Service Lift User and the Service Lift Installation, Inspection & Repair. The GWO Service Lift User (SLT) course trains participants in the safe use and evacuation of service lifts in wind turbines, ensuring they can operate the equipment efficiently and respond to emergencies. On the other hand, the GWO Service Lift Installation, Inspection & Repair (SLIIR) course is aimed at technicians responsible for the installation, inspection, and maintenance of these lifts, following manuals and regulations to ensure their operability and safety. Both training programs are crucial for improving safety in daily operations and ensuring an effective response to incidents in the wind energy sector.
